Design and planning. Need help with design details or specifications? With our vast knowledge of millwork design and the AWMAC standards we can help you develop a design that will meet your requirements and we can make suggestions that can reduce costs, improve function and durability. Our team can also provide assistance in determining budgets and schedules.

Estimating Our estimating department can provide detailed competitive quotations quickly and accurately. Our attention to detail at the outset can identify problem areas and reduce surprises later in the process.

Engineering During this stage our engineering team begin to produce shop drawings. We work closely with the design authority and project owner to insure the design intent is maintained. With our cad stations we are able produce accurate, detailed shop drawings. We have found that good shop drawings are a must to ensure a quality product and the electronic format makes collaboration easy no matter what the distance.

Purchasing Our purchasing staff have many years of experience buying quality materials. Over the years we have developed an extensive supply chain that’s able to quickly and cost effectively provide us with high quality and sometimes unusual products in an appropriate time line.

Manufacturing / CNC Machining The back bone of our company is our skilled team of journeymen and apprentices who have the training and experience to produce award winning custom products. With state of the art CNC machining we are able to reduce lead times, and produce complex products that would otherwise not be possible.

Custom Finishing Our in house finishing department ensures that your product will be finished on time and to same exacting standards as the rest of the project. It also gives us the ability to very quickly produce custom colors and specialty finishes. We feel that our experience and attention to detail at this stage is what sets us apart.

Quality Control Throughout the entire manufacturing process every one is given the authority to reject a defective part, but just in case something slips by, every piece is inspected again before it’s wrapped for shipping.

Packaging/Shipping Our shipping department has the experience to ensure that your order is complete and carefully packaged. We can and have successfully shipped millwork all over the world. Whether it’s around the block or downtown Manhattan we know what it takes to deliver your product on time, complete and undamaged.

Installation In order to ensure your high standards are maintained through the project ,we can offer complete installation services. We have the equipment , staff and know how to install the most challenging projects in locations throughout North America.
