DESIGN
Our design and engineering teams are ready to help you with your project. With our knowledge of millwork design and AWMAC standards, we can help you develop a design that will meet your requirements. With our 3D CAD/CAM stations we can produce accurate, detailed shop drawings. Shop drawings that will communicate your detailed design all the way through the manufacturing process.
MANUFACTURING
The back bone of our company is our skilled team of journeymen and apprentices who have the training and experience to produce award winning custom products. With state-of-the-art CNC machining and edge banding technology we are able to reduce lead times and produce complex products that would otherwise not be possible.
CUSTOM FINISHING
Our in-house finishing department ensures that your product will be finished on time and to the same exacting standards as the rest of the project. It also gives us the ability to quickly produce custom colors and specialty finishes.
INSTALLATION
To ensure your high standards are maintained through the project, we offer complete installation services. We have the equipment, staff and know-how to install the most challenging projects.
QUALITY CONTROL
Throughout the entire manufacturing process everyone is given the authority to reject a defective part, but just in case something slips by, every piece is inspected again before it's wrapped for shipping. Our commitment to your project continues long after the final inspection is complete. Ask for details of our standard guarantee or the AWMAC backed GIS (Guarantee and Inspection Service).
